most of these have been finished off – ready for ‘losing’ on my trip.

tomorrow i get to the airport early and will be putting on a label and numbering the finished pieces … i have about 27 postcards and about half of them are ready to ‘drop’. the label says

foundart series 2 # [to be inserted]. you have found a small piece of original art that is yours to keep – see the story at foundart2; and i added my email address.

these are now A5 size … postcard size …

originally as per the first series – foundart series switzerland and italy were business card size …but then there were 75 of them … this series is postcard size and about 27 pieces …

started by dropping watercolour onto watercolour papers; then either spray painting through lettering or gluing collage materials onto the page … just playing, moving colour and elements around ..

these are around A4 size sheets

I am working hard having finally got going in collage … photography has been taking up much of my time to date during 2008-2009. But now that things are moving along nicely in collage i am going to do another foundart series …. check out the first one i did in 2007 when i travelled to switzerland.

This series (#2) are larger – the first one were business card size .. these have turned out to be postcard size.

KEEP YOUR EYE ON THIS SPACE … i am hoping to get a few uploaded before i leave on saturday and will photograph as i go along and as i lose the pieces along the way. Might not get to update the website till i get back. will see how i go.

My general GEM site has some other stuff on it to keep you busy reading.
